Hlalisa is a Candidate Attorney at the Centre for Child Law whose tasks include, but are not limited to, assisting in strategic litigation, liaising with clients, preparing documents for court etc. Hlalisa obtained an LLB from the University of the Western Cape, an LLM in Advanced Studies in International Children’s Rights from Leiden University (the Netherlands) and an LLM in Human Rights Protection from the University of the Western Cape. Her legal interests include socio-economic and cultural rights of children and family law.
